LAHORE: March 16 – A lady keenly viewing the painted walls during the Numaish Karachi-Lahore. The Walled City Anthology in collaboration between Numaish Karachi-Lahore, the British Council Pakistan, the Walled City Lahore Authority, and MadLab (UK). The project brings together architects, artists, computer scientists, craftspeople, designers, digital innovators and interdisciplinary teams to create a series of digital art around the Walled City of Lahore with the purpose of interaction, engagement and community participation. Pakistan has a great opportunity to harness its rich history and diversity to increase heritage tourism in the country, boosting the economy as a result.
